FROM MARRAKECH TO CASA BLANCA_INCLUDING SOUTH DESERT.
Day1: Marrakech-Ait Ben Haddou-Skoura- Dades Valley :
The trip starts at 7h:30 am from Marrakech. two hours later, we will get to cross the Tizi-n-Tichka road. In there, we will make some pauses to shoot nice pictures for the incredible natural landscapes from panoramic angles. We will be having our breakfast on the road.
Ksar Ait Benhaddou will be the first stop before Ouarzazate city. It is a Kasbah which is listed as a world inheritance of UNESCO where we will have our lunch in a famous restaurant there. Then we will progress to visit the different sites where well-known films were made. Heading to the northeast road out of Ouarzazate will drive us to the Skoura oasis where marvelous Kasbahs are decorating the area. After that, we will continue toward Dades Valley. The night will be spent in a hotel in Dades Valley.
Day 2: Dades Valley- Todgha Gorge-Erfoud- Merzouga-Camel Trek-Desert Camp
We will take our direction to Todgha for visiting the Gorge of Todgha and make a short discovery of the small town of Tinjdad. After lunch, we’ll head to Erfoud, the capital of the East Sahara. we will also visit Rissani city, the home-town of Sijilmasa’s civilization and Alaoui Family. We will arrive then to the magical Merzouga and Erg Chebbi which is known as one of the biggest dunes areas of the Moroccan SAHARA, while Erg Chigaga comes in the second rank. It is located in Mhamid El Ghizlane in the south of Morocco.
you ride the camels and cross the dunes in your way to a nomadic Berber camp, where.you will enjoy the dunes, desert landscapes and its traditions from a timeless perspective. More important, you guys take photos of the dramatic sunset from the top of a high dune. The next step will be even more enjoyable since you go to the camp to spend the night ( enjoying the Saharian music, seeing the stars and having traditional Moroccan food for dinner). Overnight in the tent.
Day 3 : Camel Trek- Merzouga Village- Ziz Valley- Midelt- Ifrane- Fez
Before the Sun rises. We’ll have breakfast and drive then toward Fez. On our way to Fez, we’ll pass by a lot of beautiful places like Erfoud, Errachidia, Ziz Valley, One of the most wonderful and fabulous oasis and valleys in the world hand in hand with some amazing places that gathers the beauty of sand throughout the Saharian roads, the golden palms and the blueness of the water. Heading to the north, we will cross the largest “cedar” forests in Morocco and Africa surrounding beautiful small cities like Azrou and Ifrane where we will have shortstops. We will arrive at Fez in almost one hour, then we’ll drive you to the hotel or Riyad for 2 days depending on your desires.
Day 4: dinner and night in a fez.
Day 5: Fez-Meknes-Volubilis-Rabat
After an enjoyable visit to the cultural capital of Morocco, the next visit will be paid to Meknes, which is known as Ismaili capital. In there, we will see the ruins of the ancient Roman city, Volubilis, before we explore a small gorgeous and historic town called Moulay Dris Zarhoun. At the end of our tour, we will drive to Rabat where we’ll spend the last night. The night will be spent in Riyad.
Day 6: Rabat- Casablanca- Marrakech
making a tour in the capital of Morocco, will give us the chance to see the architecture of the Royal Palace and the Hassan tower as well, Kasbah Oudayas and at last, the Mausoleum of Mohammed 5th (the grandfather of the Morrocan King Mohammed the 6th ). The next direction will be taken to Casablanca; the archaic and new city. It is known as the metropolitan city of Morocco and the most crowded one ever in the country. There you’ll visit the biggest mosque in Africa, which is Mosque Hassan II. It is built on the seaside.
Finally, driving back to Marrakech.
